In reply to NiteMage. Hi there! As far as I recall, most of the park was handicapped accessible yes. That said, there were safety warnings on many of the Harry Potter rides we went on (not suitable for pregnant women, e.g.) so it's possible certain rides would *not* be accessible. I'd check out the Universal website for further information.

I think it totally depends on when you go as the whether you need the express pass – i went in early october and i only had to wait once to ride gringotts. for the forbidden journey,i got through so quickly that i missed a bunch of cool stuff in the castle (so i just went right back in). a new coaster opens this summer, so i would expect it to have a bit of a wait for awhile.
