It’s helpful to remember that good realtors can help keep things diplomatic and peaceful throughout the process to help us walk out of it with the best deal. My wife and I are probably going to start looking for a home soon, but we don’t have any experience with a transaction that big. Finding someone who knows how it all works and how to negotiate properly will probably help us get a better deal.
